I am SO GLAD that Winter is melting away and the warmer temperatures are on the horizon! It's SPRING and Summer is soon to follow! That means summer foods, cookouts, and enjoying the outdoors! That's why, when I saw this recipe, I just couldn't wait to share it because it just made me think of all those "warm" thoughts! This is definitely a simple, sweet, and low-calorie appetizer idea for whenever it's time for those cookouts and get-togethers! Who doesn't love strawberry shortcake?!
