Chicken Pot "Pi Day"!

In case you didn't know, it's "Pi Day"! Pi, of course, is the infamously long and mysterious number that begins with 3.14 (and today is March 14th). So, I guess it's only fitting to post a pie recipe today!

As you can see, even the Swedish Chef is taking Pi Day and incorporating it into one of his crazy concoctions (I saw this picture and couldn't resist!). There are LOTS of things you could make for today! I found a link with a bunch of Pi Day recipes. Here is one for a healthier version of chicken pot pie; or "pot pi". ;)
