I found today's food Friday recipe via the Turbo Fire page on Facebook. :) Team Beachbody programs typically come with an eating plan/recipe book of some sort. It's always nice to take the guesswork out of dieting and food preparation! :) Anyways, here is today's recipe suggestion: Chicken Piccata!
