Taking a Break this Week

This is going to be a busy week! I have a lot going on; mainly the upcoming city-wide garage sale this weekend. So, I think I'm going to take a break from blogging for the week because I have a lot of cleaning, sorting, and pricing to do (be sure to visit the Willowbrook addition to see what we've got! We're always a VERY busy area when this event is going on and have LOTS of nice stuff! Just don't park where the police have specified not to or you WILL get a parking ticket).

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I'll leave you with this video. It's the sermon that I talked about last week (which includes a really cool skit). Watch it! You'll be glad you did! I can't wait until they post the video from yesterday's sermon! I was going to blog a bit about it last night, but I didn't have the time to do so. Be infused! God bless you!

How to Have Fuller Health AND a Fuller Wallet!

We all go through tough financial times where we are searching for things to pare down on (or cut out completely) in order to save money. We all have bills to pay and mouths to feed, so there's a lot of things that get nixed from the budget in order to make it.

There have been lots of times I have "nixed" Shakeology in order to save money. I reasoned that it was something that I didn't LIKE to go without, but COULD do without for a while. Every time I did, however, I realized just how hard it really was to be without my "magic flower". I felt tired, hungry, craved junk all the time, and stayed overweight and constipated a lot (yuck!). Not only that, I also realized just how much money I was SAVING with Shakeology because I was spending MORE money without it! It's hard to put an exact figure on it, but let's attempt to crunch some numbers, shall we? For me, it averages to about $3.00 a day; non-coaches, $4.00 a day. I will go with the non-coach amount for this breakdown of costs:

Shakeology: approx. $4.00/day = $120.00/month. This has given me improved health and immunity, more energy, decreased/eliminated cravings, stabilized appetite, regularity, and better/clearer skin. I have also blogged in the past about Shakeology and the glycemic index. There have been people who have reported reversed diabetes, or that other medical issues (like high cholesterol) has been minimized or eliminated. Google for testimonials and see for yourself; or check the Team Beachbody message boards! I can't imagine how much money those people now save in medication/insulin alone! That's a HUGE trade off and makes Shakeology MORE than worth it!

Ok. Now for what it costs me when I "do without" Shakeology: I end up buying Activia or DanActive to try and get some pro-biotics (which aren't nearly as good or high quality as Shakeology). That's about $6.00 or so for a week's supply. Times that by 4 weeks, and you have $24.00 a month. Add that to a bottle of multi-vitamins (which, again, isn't as complete or high quality as Shakeology) and you probably have another $20.00 per month (if not more) in vitamins. So, $44.00 a month so far. Now, add in a possible doctor visit for illness since I get sick more often when off of Shakeology. That's at least a $30.00 copay (if not more; especially if you don't have insurance!). $74.00 total now. That's not counting the medicine you you pay for; whether prescription or over-the-counter remedies for illness, constipation, etc. Let's just be lenient here and say you spend $50.00 a month in this area. We are now at $124.00 which is more than that $120/month for Shakeology...and that's just the low-ball GUESS! All of those figures are just a very rough estimate; and that doesn't even factor in all the junk food, eating out, and other miscellaneous things that one likely spends money on because of never feeling satisfied and having food cravings that are out of control.

What do you spend on soda, chips, cookies, ice cream, etc. in a month? All those things are stuff that you can (and SHOULD) cut out of your food budget; saving you money AND your health! When you're on Shakeology, you won't even want that stuff anyways! Oh, and here's another one: cigarettes and alcohol. Talk about a money/health sucker! Cut THAT out! If you're smoking a pack a day, that's probably five bucks a day right there that you could be saving (which would MORE than cover the cost of a bag of Shakeology). Same thing with excessive alcohol consumption; that's a big drain on your health and wallet! Don't drink like a fish; unless it's some good old H2O!

Have I made my point? Crunch your own numbers and see what kind of benefits you could be getting and how much money you'll be saving (even MORE so if you become a coach! You'll even MAKE MONEY!!). As I once said before, when it comes to your life, health, and saving money, you can't afford NOT to buy Shakeology! Don't you think that it's MORE than worth a try by now?! If I can make it work (and if this other single Mom and her really awesome tips can make it work) so can you! In fact, if you need HELP making it work for you, just let me know and I will do what I can to help you come up with a plan! It's doable; trust me! :)

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope that crunching some numbers has given you a picture of what you'd be dealing with on either side of the coin. If you have any other questions, just ask! Here's to hoping that you'll decide that better health and a fuller wallet is something you can live with! Be infused! God bless you!

Asparagus Tart with Ricotta!

Every season comes with its own fruits and vegetables. Asparagus is one of those delightful Spring veggies! I don't know that I have ever personally cooked anything with asparagus, but I have eaten it before. I was browsing recipes for today and when I saw this one, I thought it might be a good one to try sometime! It definitely has some flavorful ingredients to go along with it!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Be infused! God bless
you!

Laughing My Butt Off!

Today is workout Wednesday. Normally, I would be talking about....well, workouts lol. However, today was just "one of those days" and gosh dang it, I didn't feel like doing anything. Yeah, it was kind of like one of those "I wanna punch Bob Barker" days that I talked about before. Then, I got to skype with my boyfriend and our buddy Ben and everything was made better. Why? Because we were laughing; and laughing is good medicine! Laughing also burns calories! Yeah, there's a workout for you there; and it's a FUN one! So, to that I say, "Laugh it up, fuzzball!" Yes, that was another Star Wars reference! Get used to it lol! :)

Grace and peace to you, my friends! Remember to laugh it up! It goes a long way! It was just what I needed tonight! So, forgive me for the short blog....but I was "working out" lol! ;) Maybe someday, I will literally laugh my butt OFF! Be infused (with laughter!). God bless you!

It's an "I Wanna Punch Bob Barker" Kind of Day

I'm sure the title of this post is making you scratch your head a little; unless you totally understand my reference. If you've seen "Happy Gilmore", you already know what I'm talking about lol. It's that classic scene where Happy just can't calm his anger anymore and he completely unleashes on Bob Barker (see video clip;  but be forewarned that there is obviously some violence and a bit of language).

I would like to clarify that I don't actually want to hit Bob Barker (it was once my longtime dream to meet him and be on his show). I don't literally want to hurt or hit him or anyone else. I just simply use that phrase and think of that scene whenever I'm upset. No matter what level of agitation I'm at, it usually helps for some reason. Even though flinging golf clubs, raging, and hitting people wasn't the best venting choice, it did help Happy Gilmore to release all the the things that had been slowly building up throughout the day.

Everyone needs a way to "get their angries out" (constructively). Doing it "the Gilmore way" is NOT recommended. There are LOTS of other ways to process anger without hurting yourself or others. It's not a bad thing to feel angry. After all, anger (such as anger at injustice) is sometimes a good thing. The Bible says in Ephesians 4:26: "Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath." In other words, it's about HOW you handle the emotion and not about the emotion itself. Anger is often considered to be a negative thing because more often than not, it's the the precursor for bad choices and behavior. Furthermore, letting anger go unresolved, and have all those accumulating days of sunsets pass by before you let go of it, only makes the anger grow. It poisons you inside. In fact, Master Yoda once said that "Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering." It really can be a horrible chain reaction. Darth Vader is the example of what happens when that path is taken. His son, however, famously resisted the urge to ultimately give in to his anger which would have turned him to evil as well. Instead, he responded with encouragement, hope, and the desire to see his father ultimately choose to finally do the right thing and not live in that anger prison anymore (if you're not a Star Wars fan, I'm sorry...but you should be lol. Lots of good lessons there and these quotes will pop up in my posts frequently lol! *Jedi hand wave* Watch the movies, you will!).

If you have ever had a "bad day" (and we all have) just remember that you CAN overcome it through Christ! He will give you the strength and grace to deal with whatever it is that is upsetting you so you can put the day behind you and not continue for days, months, or even years. Do whatever you can to get through it a positive way. Take a "time out" and have a quite moment with God. Pray. Take a walk. Work on a hobby. Write. Talk with a friend. Do what you need to do to cool down and regain focus so you can find a peaceful resolution to whatever it is that upset you. For me, that means working in the garage tonight on a new project. I'll think, pray, and paint/sand away until I've processed through my thoughts and feelings. Then, I'll put the issue to rest so that my body can rest too.

GRACE and PEACE to you, my friends! It takes a LOT of those two things to get through those golf club flinging moments of frustration lol. God will help you through it! Be infused! God bless you!

"Aren't You Glad You're Not the Lord of Your Life?"

As always, it's been a blessed, eventful, and life/heart changing week! I wouldn't know where to begin in sharing it all. However, if I had to pick one thing out of everything in this past week to share, it would probably have to be something that was spoken in the church service today: "Aren't you glad you aren't the Lord of your life?" Think about it. If Jesus is LORD and Savior, that means that He not only saved your life, but you have allowed Him to be in charge of it. Recognizing his power, authority, and sovereignty brings freedom from worry. You don't have to be in charge/control; He's "got this" for you!

Usually, I would never feel great about NOT being in control. I am a take-charge and control type of person, so I wouldn't normally be like, "Yes,...I'm TOTALLY glad I'm not the Lord of my life". However, if there's one thing I've been relieved to know more and more, it's that God has got me covered and that things are a lot better when He's the boss and not me. It's a burden off my shoulders not to try and hold all that control and manage life on my own. I worry less and less as I get older because history has shown that yes, God definitely does take care of things. When He says not to worry about tomorrow, and that I'm worth more than many sparrows, He means it. He has come through in the big stuff AND the small stuff.
Surrender isn't a popular or fun idea to most. It can sometimes be misconstrued as passive or weak. However, it takes strength, courage, and ACTION to be able to willingly acknowledge the awesomeness of God and trust Him. He is faithful and will show you how great it is to be dependent on Him and not yourself. There is great relief in knowing that He is God and you're not.

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you had a great week and that as you reflect on the wonder and glory of God on this blessed resurrection day, you'll embrace Him as Lord as much as you do the Savior! Be infused! God bless you!

What Can Shakeology Do for You?

"What is Shakeology?" is a question I hear a LOT. "What does it do?" is the other one. Whenever I hear these questions, my first thought is to share my personal Shakeology story and all it's done for me. I am only one of the MANY people out there that can testify to the fact that this stuff not only delivers what it promises, but it also TASTES good and does more than what you would ever expect! Ask ANYONE who has tried it or better yet, take Master Yoda's advice and decide there is no "try" and just DO IT for yourself!

I know I probably sound like a broken record, but I wouldn't keep talking about it if it weren't true. Anyone that knows me can vouch for the fact that when I'm passionate about something that WORKS, I share it! Why wouldn't I want others to experience all these great benefits too?! If ever there were a health and weight-loss secret, THIS is it!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! Watch the short video below and let me know if you have any further questions! Be infused! God bless you!

Turkey Pesto Wrap!

For many of us we love to cook; we just don't have the "time". Harder still is finding something to make that is healthy for us. It's usually easier to just "grab and go" without really thinking about what we are grabbing and getting! That's obviously one of the perks of drinking Shakeology because when you need a quick, filling, and completely nutritious meal, all you have to do is shake it, drink it, and you're done! Though, if you have already had your shake for the day (I usually have mine in the morning) and you need a quick something for lunch, here's a good idea for you! Make a turkey pesto wrap! Keep tortillas, turkey slices, pesto, tomato, lettuce, and peppers on hand in your fridge and wrap it up fast for an easy lunch! Boom! Done! :)

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a blessed weekend! Today is "Good Friday" and on Sunday, we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ! Never forget His sacrifice for you so that you can have a wonderful life on earth and in heaven with Him! Be infused! God bless you!

Fiery Love

Yesterday, when the kids and I were visiting the Vineyard church, the worship band played the song "Fiery Love". My boyfriend (who plays the drums in the worship band) has often told me that it's his favorite song to play. Not only does he like to completely let go and rock out when he plays it, but he always puts his heart and soul into playing for the Lord. He's always told me that he plays with "reckless abandon"; remembering he only really has an audience of one. When members of a worship band play with that heart and attitude, it shows. It enables you to connect with God that much more because their hearts are lining up with God's heart; making it about Him and not the music/performance itself.

Apparently, Chris's aunt also noticed this. She remarked later that while she was observing Chris play, the guitarist had stepped in a way that blocked her view of him. She was wanting to continue to watch Chris, but God was urging her to stop and listen. It was then that she said she could feel the passion and the intensity that was being put into the song. God had told her that he was playing the intensity of His (God's) heart. What a beautiful thought!

The video below is the song "Fiery Love". There are no drums, no Chris, no worship band, but the man who is singing and playing his guitar is singing with deepest sincerity and passion. You can feel it in the beautiful lyrics of the song. That's how it should be. When we worship the Lord, it's not about the music, the people singing it, or anything else. It's about passionate and sincere hearts praising and honoring the Sovereign Lord. Think about the words as your prayer to Him and sing it from your heart!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! May we all be inspired to give our hearts over to God in adoration and worship in all we do; experiencing the wonder of his fiery love for us! Be infused! God bless you!

A Welcome Attitude

Today was another one of those Sundays where I'm just barely finding some time to blog. This day (as well as the week/weekend) has been very full and eventful. It seems like the theme has been one of "welcoming".
A picture from a few years ago;
probably the last time I seen her.
Firstly, my Grandmother was welcomed into the arms of Jesus this past week after battling with her health for the past few years. Our family is saddened and will miss her so much, but we are relieved to know that she isn't suffering anymore and is finally at peace. I'm grateful to everyone for their thoughtfulness and prayers for my family!

Secondly, I continue to feel welcomed more and more by my boyfriend's family (and church home). This has been another great weekend of spending it with the many people who have become so dear to me. The theme was even in the church sermon as the pastor was talking about how we need to welcome AND honor Jesus. It's easy to invite Jesus in and have Him make himself at home in our lives if things are good and He's doing what we think He ought to be doing for us. It's another to honor Him regardless of whether or not things are going well. The pastor referenced various stories in the Bible where people were asking for Jesus' help and miracles and the fact that many times, it was those great wonders that made people believe as well as continue to expect Jesus to keep doing those things (and whenever they asked). Sometimes, it's so easy to forget that just because He's God, it doesn't mean He's always going to flaunt it the way WE want. Our requests won't always be answered the way we want and expect; which doesn't diminish His divinity either. No matter what happens, our faith needs to continue being just that: faith. Faith stands; no matter what.

The last thing that falls along the line of "welcoming" is the fact that I have been becoming more welcoming of the changes that God is making in my life and in my heart. In the past few years, I feel that I have toughened up (probably a little too much) in order to get through everything that I have. While that is sometimes necessary, it can also become a problem when you become so tough that you don't allow yourself to be broken and vulnerable anymore. It makes it harder for you to let go (as well as let in) the things that you should. The depth of the emotional pain I have wrestled with has been difficult; hard to deal with and let go of. It's also been hard to embrace the healing and restoration that God has been pouring out on me as things have finally gotten better in my life. A woman with a prophetic word at church had shared that there was at least one woman there that was struggling and felt "numb". I knew that was me because I had shared that same thing with Chris recently. I resisted at first and reasoned that I didn't really "feel" strongly led to receive prayer from her (especially in a new church where I didn't know people yet). God pointed out that I didn't "feel" it because I was numb (duh) which is exactly why I needed it. It was also an issue of allowing myself to feel it and not trying to ignore or stifle that prompting that I knew might be arising in me. So, God was good and was like, "You want to 'feel' something? There, do you feel it now?" Yeah, I did...and I'm glad I had that lady pray for me because she had been through a very similar ordeal of a bad relationship that ended in divorce and she had experienced the same array of emotions.

If there's anything that I've learned recently, it's that I need to give myself permission to be "that girl" again. I had made a conscious effort to not be as open in an effort to guard my heart better, protect myself, and be smarter about things. Maybe now it's time to rejoice in the fact that I don't have to do that anymore (at least not to the degree that I have) and that I can relax because I'm surrounded by God's love and the love of Chris, his family, and my own family and friends. This is probably the most peace, love, and goodness that I have ever truly experienced in my life and it's ok to "welcome" that. It's MORE than ok! I just never knew that life could be this good; even with the day-to-day stress that is still there. Life is good. GOD is good. Even if things fell apart again, He is still good and always will be. He is sovereign

Grace and peace to you, my friends. I encourage you to be open and welcoming; to Jesus and to others. Allow Him to take it all, good and bad, and work it out for His purposes (Romans 8:28). Rest in the fact that honoring Him really is a good thing no matter what you "feel". Have a "welcome" attitude! Be infused! God bless you!

Sweetly Broken

Yesterday, I was talking about dealing with and eliminating fear. I mentioned at the end of the post about being broken, but in a sweet and gentle way that one can't really describe. When God does work in your heart, it's like that. He breaks you in a very tender way. It can be painful, but it's tolerable because God is the one doing it. It's like when Aslan removed Eustace's dragon scales in "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" (if you don't know what I'm talking about, it's a book in the Narnia series. MUST READS! The movies don't do it justice!).

I was thinking of this song "Sweetly Broken" by Jeremy Riddle. I think it helps paint a picture of what my heart was saying yesterday.

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a blessed week! Be infused! God bless you!

How to Be Fearless

Fears. We all have them and they come in many different forms. Some of them even have names like agoraphobia or arachnophobia (yeah, I'll fess up to the last one...but I won't be swimming in a sea of spiders any time soon in an attempt to get over it!). Though, in all actuality, there is only ever ONE fear at the heart of every one. I've heard Dr. Phil mention it many times and that is: "the fear of losing control."

Any time I ever feel worried or afraid, I always make myself ponder that root: losing control. I try to dissect the things that make panic rise up in me and do my best to identify what makes me feel that I've lost it (or WILL lose it). Figuring out and breaking down the triggers is a big help. No matter what, it all comes down to an issue of trust; not in myself, but in God. No matter what the fear is, I can overcome it because God enables me to do so. It's because His Spirit is a Spirit of courage, love, and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7). Relying on His Spirit vanquishes fear because there is NO FEAR in love (1 John 4:18) and the strength and courage that He infuses us with deflates our fears. Oh, and that self-discipline part? Yeah, that's the part that helps us unlock it all! It all hinges on whether or not we make the right choice in accessing what He's given us. We have His Spirit inside our hearts; we just need to use Him! It reminds me of when I read Prison to Praise by Merlin Carothers and he mentioned how he said he wanted Jesus to use him, but Jesus told him something like 'I don't want to use you, I want you to use ME!' So many times, I've thought on that because it's so easy to think of things backwards; that God needs us rather than us needing Him.

The older I get, the more I realize and understand what it means to surrender control and trust God. There are so many things that I don't know, can't predict, and are unable to figure out; whether it's past, present, or future things. The only thing I HAVE been able to figure out is that God is sovereign. Sovereign. That word is a BIG DEAL. It's a word that means "supreme power or authority." In other words, ultimate control! So, here's my chain of thought on that: God = sovereign = ultimate control. If I'm worrying/fearing, I'm not trusting, which means that I don't feel in control which further means I need to "check myself" and remember who is. If I'm seeking ultimate control on my own or for myself, I'm putting myself in a place of God's sovereignty; big no-no! I am NOT God and that is what the fear and control thing boils down to; remembering who IS God and who holds the sovereignty and control. Reminding myself of that always sets me free, relaxes me, and I'm able to surrender and let go.

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I know that there is someone out there that needed to hear this besides me. I composed this as a result of the things that God was working on in my own heart today (and in the past few months). I feel humbled and broken; but in an amazingly sweet and tender way that I can't explain. His Spirit is breaking my many fears by reminding me of who He is, who I am (and am not), and how much better life is when I remember who I belong to; knowing that if any fear (great or small) came to pass, I would be ok because He is Lord. I'll submit to Him the "what ifs" the "maybes" the "yeah, buts" and whatever else makes my mind spin and rest in Him because He's saying, "Hey, I got this!" Even if any of them came true, it wouldn't matter either because He'll work it out. He'll calm the seas so I can walk on the water; as long as my eyes are on Him and not the fear underneath my feet! Be infused...and be fearless! God bless you!

Tropical Breeze Shakeology!

I just can't say enough how glad I am to be seeing less winter weather and a lot warmer temperatures! I know we've all be thinking warm thoughts and been daydreaming of tropical things!

That's why I thought I would share this Tropical Breeze recipe from my Shakeology website.  The recipe calls for the vegan tropical strawberry, but my personal preference is the regular strawberry that they recently came out with (it tastes much better). Whichever you prefer, it will make for a great shake!

Tropical Breeze Shakeology

1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
1 cup coconut (or almond) milk
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 orange, peeled and divided in segments
1/2 medium banana

Mix ingredients in a blender with desired amount of ice. Enjoy!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you are enjoying your weekend! Be infused! God bless you!

Healthy Egg Salad!

The weather is getting warmer and I'm sure we're all thinking "now THIS is more like it!" Daydreams of picnics and get-togethers are one of the things that dance through my mind in addition for the opportunity to go for a nice run in the sunshine!

One of the things that you often find at gatherings are things like potato salad, egg salad, and things like that. They aren't always the most calorie friendly things, but I ran across a recipe that looked like a healthier option! Maybe it will be something you'll want to try for when it's time to get those picnic baskets out!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you are having a great week! Have a wonderful weekend! Be infused! God bless you!

And the WINNER is....

Ok, team! My $25.00 Team Beachbody e-gift card promotion is now over! If you watch the video below, you will find out who the winner is! :) It is possible that I might do this again in the near future. If this is something you would be interested in, leave your feedback! The more I hear about what you want more of, the better I can offer it to you!

In fact, I MIGHT be willing to offer the same kind of promotion in connection with my current offer (the one I posted about yesterday). Click here to read how you can win a FREE 21 Day Fix program! Don't wait! The challenge group kicks off on April 21st so you'll need to be ready to rumble by then! ;)

Grace and peace to you, my friends! Remember, I want and NEED to hear from YOU! If you want to slim down before summer, NOW is the time! I will help you get there; me and a whole support group full of people! Are you ready?! Contact me if you're on board with the April Summer Slimdown! Also, let me know if you would like a repeat of my $25.00 e-gift card promotion this month! Entries are based on referrals and Shakeology purchases (view the post for details). The challenge packs come with Shakeology on home direct, so that would count as 2 entries into the drawing (if enough people are demanding that I decide to have another drawing, that is!). Be infused! God bless you!

April Summer Slimdown Challenge!

I'm sure there isn't a single person out there that isn't DELIGHTED to see more of the sun! It's starting to warm up out there! Is it possible that Spring really is here and that we've left Winter behind?! I sure hope so! The sooner we can enjoy the outdoors and warm weather, the better! It sure beats being cooped up inside!

It really has been a rough few months of bitter temperatures and an overabundance of snow. It's quite possible that the holiday/winter pounds accumulated a lot more this winter than in those past. If you're realizing that that's been the case for you, then you might want to keep reading! As you may already know, Team Beachbody offers a workout promotional every month. The challenge packs on sale for April are Brazil Butt Lift and (one of my faves) Focus T25!! Each challenge pack comes with the program PLUS Shakeology at a HUGE savings!

As if THAT weren't enough, I am offering an EXCLUSIVE incentive! Three of my other coach buddies and I have teamed up to create an April Summer Slimdown Challenge! We have a special Facebook challenge group for you to join once you order your challenge pack. April 21st will be the start date for everyone to begin the program. I'll get you added to the group once you've ordered your challenge pack and you'll be on your way to a better body with Shakeology and support from me (your coach!) and others in the group. You are NOT ALONE! And, you'll all be eligible to win the prize! Yes, A PRIZE!! The challenger that has the greatest percentage of weight-loss will win a 21 Day Fix program (a $59.85 value!). Yeah, that's the hot selling program that they can barely keep in stock! How cool is that?! You could have a fresh new program to do once you finish April's challenge! Additionally, EVERYONE gets a FREE t-shirt of their completed program when they submit their "before" and "after" photos to the Team Beachbody challenge (plus a chance to win prizes directly from Team Beachbody). Everyone wins! :)

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you all are ready to ditch the winter pounds and work on being fit and healthy (leaving winter and your "behind" behind lol)! Personally, I'm still "staying with the fight" with Les Mills Combat! It's going great! I'm eager to see how well you all do with one of these challenge packs (I got GREAT results with Focus T25). Don't wait too long to order! It all kicks off on April 21st! Contact me if you need any help or have any questions! Be infused! God bless you!
