Since I've been so crunched for time lately, I don't have a lot to post today. I just decided to share a short video. It features the tropical strawberry Shakeology flavor (which is also vegan). Shakeology also comes in chocolate, greenberry, and vanilla flavors. Pretty sweet, huh? :) If you want to sample a few before you buy a full bag, don't forget about the sample packs that they just started selling!! Do yourself a favor and sample some of those flavors! :)
