After-Workout Snack Foods

You've just finished a workout. Great! Now, you're tired and probably a little hungry. So, what do you eat? What are the best ways to refuel?

Of course, I'm going to tell you that your BEST option is going to be the P90X Results and Recovery Formula. Why? Because it has the vitamins, protein, and nutrients that you need to rebound, recover, and rebuild your muscles! It's an EXCELLENT choice when it comes to after-workout refueling; particularly if you have been doing a really high intensity workout like P90X, P90X2, Insanity, Turbo Fire, or ChaLean Extreme.
