Why I'll Go Bare & Bald!

Do you ever pause to remember and think about how your passion got its start? Did you go into the arts because of a teacher? Did you become a mechanic because you liked to take things apart as a kid? Did you personally witness something that made you want to go into a particular profession or fight for a cause? What were the things that inspired you?

This year's  t-shirt!
I often think about these things when remembering why I'm so passionate about the sanctity of life. My earliest memory was hearing my pastor preach about the truth of abortion when I was a teenager. I don't think I remember truly knowing much about abortion until I heard that message. I was stunned and brokenhearted! It horrified me and angered me that this kind of thing actually occurs!

The burden on my heart to fight to make it stop only grew the more I learned about it and how to get involved. It was the book "Answering the Call", by John Ensor, that really drove it home for me (as well as "Gianna: Aborted, And Lived to Tell About It" by Jessica Shaver Renshaw. My own daughter, Gianna, was named after her). I remember crying and feeling completely broken after seeing one of the images of severed baby body parts on one of the pages. That devastation I felt when I first saw those pictures comes rushing back every time I see one of those recently released videos; you know, the ones in which Planned Parenthood's evil and barbaric practices of butchering and selling aborted babies for profit get exposed. Yeah, those! I just can't fathom how anyone can watch those and NOT be outraged and moved to do something!

I normally wouldn't be posting an entry like this on my fitness blog, but I just had to make sure that the word was getting out in case you hadn't read about it on my other blog! My family and I will be participating in the Heartline Walk for Life this Saturday (so yeah, that's fitness related lol! There's a 5k too if you want to sign up for that!). I also wanted to post on here because I haven't posted anything for "Media Monday" in a while and this song has been on my heart. It's a song by Kathy Troccoli called "A Baby's Prayer". This was also one of those things that sparked my passion for fighting for life and I even sang it for church. Please, watch this video and listen to the words. It's such a beautiful song!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I am hoping and praying that in these final days before the walk, my family, friends, and readers will help me meet my goals! As I mentioned, I have promised to make a lot of personal sacrifices to encourage you to donate (even a dollar will help! Can you PLEASE donate at least a dollar?!). I have vowed to go a week without makeup and post a no-makeup selfie each day (this is kind of a big deal for me lol). I've also offered to giveaway a Piyo workout program (the same program that Chris and I have been doing) as well as a bag of Shakeology! My husband has also offered free computer tune-ups. And....the big one.....I will SHAVE MY HEAD if I raise $5,000 or more! I'm serious...I'll really do it (and you know how much my hair means to me lol). Do you want to see/make that happen?! Donate something and not only will you be helping to save lives (and your donation is tax deductible, by the way) but you'll also be getting a chance to win this stuff I'm offering and possibly see me go bald for babies! :) Please, our crisis pregnancy centers need your help more than ever!!! Please, donate SOMETHING and share this post with your friends on social media! Contact me if you have any questions about anything! Be infused! God bless you!

What Makes You a Woman?

If you're a woman, chances are you have lots of ideas in your mind about what femininity is (or isn't). We're taught by our Moms, family members, friends, and our culture about what it means to be a woman and are bombarded with so many different things that we don't always know who we really are. Often times, we end up with distorted views of who we are supposed to be; thinking that what makes us a woman is how we good we look, what we can do, etc.

There is no easy way to define what a woman is in today's world, but there are some things that never change and that is how God designed and fashioned a woman to be. There's no way I could describe it as eloquently as Kent did on Mother's Day, so you'll just have to watch it for yourself. Trust me, you'll love it! As always, he explains things in a style that is not only informative and thought provoking, but humorous as well! As a matter of fact, "It's not about the nail" is likely going to become a running joke between Chris and I. Kent shared a video of a woman talking to her husband about how much her head hurts and how tough things are and the husband is telling her that she has a big nail in her forehead (which she does; a big huge one lol). She yells at him that it's not about the nail and that he's not listening to her lol. I think we, as women, have those moments; where we just want to be listened to and all the guy wants to do is fix things. Though, as a lady in the service pointed out after the sermon, sometimes we have to allow our men to "fix" things and take out those nails. God has gifted us with special men in our lives that he put there to help mend and heal thing;s just as we help mend and heal them. Pride has to be laid down and we have to be open to accepting help and healing.

One of the main things I got out of this message was that Kent said that men (and society) has largely reduced women to being about their parts. The more he said it, the more I seen it in a fresh way. Yes, we see and hear the overly sexual images, songs, jokes, etc. that talk about women's "parts" in ways that are less than flattering. Though, we don't give much thought to it anymore and many buy into the lie that that's what women are all about. As a result, women buy into the lie that it's all about how those "parts" look and what they can do with those "parts". Ladies, that's not true! Men, that's not true! Who a woman (or any person) is, is determined by the parts you can't see: the heart and mind.

Grace and peace to you, my friends! Women (and men too, actually) really need to hear this message! I promise it will bless you in so many ways! I was beyond blessed to hear that message and to rethink what it means to be a woman! It was humorous as it was enlightening and inspiring, and I hope you'll take a minute to see it for yourself! Be infused! God bless you!

Don't Watch These Videos!

All three of the videos for "The Perfect Execution" series are NOW available! I know what you're thinking. There are all sorts of videos and sermons out there and everyone is saying, "Oh, you got to watch this one! It's so good!" I've had friends and family members recommend things to me in the past as well. Sometimes I get around to listening, reading, or watching it and sometimes I don't. Though, when I do, I'm usually pretty glad I did!

Below, you'll find the video for the last part of the series. Here are the videos for part one and two if you haven't seen them yet (be sure to subscribe to The Vineyard Community Church on Vimeo!). I won't say that you MUST watch them because maybe you aren't like me at all. Maybe you've never had a problem understanding God's grace or the fact that you don't have to earn your way into God's favor. Maybe it's all been easy for you to grasp and you've never felt (or been) legalistic, fearful, unsure, or had a hard time figuring out what it means to be forgiven and your sins paid in full. But, if you ARE like me, you HAVE had those moments of wondering if you're "enough" and if you're going to "make it" to heaven; wondering if your efforts will get you where you hope to be. If any of this sounds like you, watch this series! It has really been helpful in reaffirming to me what it means to be dependent on grace and not on myself. Chris had told me many times that Pastor Kent was good at explaining things in really relevant ways and is able to break things down to where people can understand. He's absolutely right! I love his preaching style and I am absolutely loving the Vineyard Church! Buuuuut...don't watch these videos. They're probably not for you. ;)

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you had a blessed weekend! I sure did! It was busy and tiring, but full of family and good times (as well as those handmade Mother's Day cards lol). I'm so blessed! The Mother's Day sermon was outstanding too; can't wait for that to be uploaded because it talks about the femininity of a woman. Very interesting! Be infused! God bless you!

The Cross Worked!!!

Last week sure was a crazy week! I have been BEYOND busy, tired, and overwhelmed! Having a garage sale is a lot of work (even more so when you have other things going on at the same time; but I won't get into that right now). It was so windy, and there didn't seem to be as many people, but Chris and I still made a nice amount! :)

Church was really great yesterday! I am enjoying this series so much because I used to have a really big problem with legalism and understanding grace. I had some big breakthroughs in 2007, but then I started having a hard time again after my divorce. I'm re-learning again that (as always) it's all about Him and not about me. It's about His sacrifice on the cross. Nothing I do can add or take away from it. His blood is sufficient for me; always. I can't make Him love me more or less. Neither good deeds nor my horrible mistakes will change anything.

The second part of "The Perfect Execution" series has just been uploaded. It is SO WORTH WATCHING! Be sure to check out part one as well! If you have ever struggled with wondering if you're good enough, if you're going to "make it" to heaven, if you have done too much wrong and not enough right, you need to watch this!! The bottom line is: "The cross WORKED!" It did! It worked and it continues to work; forever! As the old hymn goes, "my sin, not in part, but the whole...is nailed to the cross and I bear it no more. Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!" ALL of our sins (yours, mine, EVERYONE'S) was dealt with. Not just some, or in part, ALL OF IT!!! We are forgiven. We are made holy and perfect. THE CROSS WORKED!!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! These sermons are such a blessing; trust me! You will be so glad you watched them; especially if you are like me and sometimes beat yourself up over stuff and don't "feel" forgiven. Take heart and remember that no matter what you "feel", truth is truth...and the truth is, THE CROSS WORKED!! Be infused! God bless you!

Taking a Break this Week

This is going to be a busy week! I have a lot going on; mainly the upcoming city-wide garage sale this weekend. So, I think I'm going to take a break from blogging for the week because I have a lot of cleaning, sorting, and pricing to do (be sure to visit the Willowbrook addition to see what we've got! We're always a VERY busy area when this event is going on and have LOTS of nice stuff! Just don't park where the police have specified not to or you WILL get a parking ticket).

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I'll leave you with this video. It's the sermon that I talked about last week (which includes a really cool skit). Watch it! You'll be glad you did! I can't wait until they post the video from yesterday's sermon! I was going to blog a bit about it last night, but I didn't have the time to do so. Be infused! God bless you!

It's an "I Wanna Punch Bob Barker" Kind of Day

I'm sure the title of this post is making you scratch your head a little; unless you totally understand my reference. If you've seen "Happy Gilmore", you already know what I'm talking about lol. It's that classic scene where Happy just can't calm his anger anymore and he completely unleashes on Bob Barker (see video clip;  but be forewarned that there is obviously some violence and a bit of language).

I would like to clarify that I don't actually want to hit Bob Barker (it was once my longtime dream to meet him and be on his show). I don't literally want to hurt or hit him or anyone else. I just simply use that phrase and think of that scene whenever I'm upset. No matter what level of agitation I'm at, it usually helps for some reason. Even though flinging golf clubs, raging, and hitting people wasn't the best venting choice, it did help Happy Gilmore to release all the the things that had been slowly building up throughout the day.

Everyone needs a way to "get their angries out" (constructively). Doing it "the Gilmore way" is NOT recommended. There are LOTS of other ways to process anger without hurting yourself or others. It's not a bad thing to feel angry. After all, anger (such as anger at injustice) is sometimes a good thing. The Bible says in Ephesians 4:26: "Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath." In other words, it's about HOW you handle the emotion and not about the emotion itself. Anger is often considered to be a negative thing because more often than not, it's the the precursor for bad choices and behavior. Furthermore, letting anger go unresolved, and have all those accumulating days of sunsets pass by before you let go of it, only makes the anger grow. It poisons you inside. In fact, Master Yoda once said that "Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering." It really can be a horrible chain reaction. Darth Vader is the example of what happens when that path is taken. His son, however, famously resisted the urge to ultimately give in to his anger which would have turned him to evil as well. Instead, he responded with encouragement, hope, and the desire to see his father ultimately choose to finally do the right thing and not live in that anger prison anymore (if you're not a Star Wars fan, I'm sorry...but you should be lol. Lots of good lessons there and these quotes will pop up in my posts frequently lol! *Jedi hand wave* Watch the movies, you will!).

If you have ever had a "bad day" (and we all have) just remember that you CAN overcome it through Christ! He will give you the strength and grace to deal with whatever it is that is upsetting you so you can put the day behind you and not continue for days, months, or even years. Do whatever you can to get through it a positive way. Take a "time out" and have a quite moment with God. Pray. Take a walk. Work on a hobby. Write. Talk with a friend. Do what you need to do to cool down and regain focus so you can find a peaceful resolution to whatever it is that upset you. For me, that means working in the garage tonight on a new project. I'll think, pray, and paint/sand away until I've processed through my thoughts and feelings. Then, I'll put the issue to rest so that my body can rest too.

GRACE and PEACE to you, my friends! It takes a LOT of those two things to get through those golf club flinging moments of frustration lol. God will help you through it! Be infused! God bless you!

Fiery Love

Yesterday, when the kids and I were visiting the Vineyard church, the worship band played the song "Fiery Love". My boyfriend (who plays the drums in the worship band) has often told me that it's his favorite song to play. Not only does he like to completely let go and rock out when he plays it, but he always puts his heart and soul into playing for the Lord. He's always told me that he plays with "reckless abandon"; remembering he only really has an audience of one. When members of a worship band play with that heart and attitude, it shows. It enables you to connect with God that much more because their hearts are lining up with God's heart; making it about Him and not the music/performance itself.

Apparently, Chris's aunt also noticed this. She remarked later that while she was observing Chris play, the guitarist had stepped in a way that blocked her view of him. She was wanting to continue to watch Chris, but God was urging her to stop and listen. It was then that she said she could feel the passion and the intensity that was being put into the song. God had told her that he was playing the intensity of His (God's) heart. What a beautiful thought!

The video below is the song "Fiery Love". There are no drums, no Chris, no worship band, but the man who is singing and playing his guitar is singing with deepest sincerity and passion. You can feel it in the beautiful lyrics of the song. That's how it should be. When we worship the Lord, it's not about the music, the people singing it, or anything else. It's about passionate and sincere hearts praising and honoring the Sovereign Lord. Think about the words as your prayer to Him and sing it from your heart!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! May we all be inspired to give our hearts over to God in adoration and worship in all we do; experiencing the wonder of his fiery love for us! Be infused! God bless you!

Sweetly Broken

Yesterday, I was talking about dealing with and eliminating fear. I mentioned at the end of the post about being broken, but in a sweet and gentle way that one can't really describe. When God does work in your heart, it's like that. He breaks you in a very tender way. It can be painful, but it's tolerable because God is the one doing it. It's like when Aslan removed Eustace's dragon scales in "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" (if you don't know what I'm talking about, it's a book in the Narnia series. MUST READS! The movies don't do it justice!).

I was thinking of this song "Sweetly Broken" by Jeremy Riddle. I think it helps paint a picture of what my heart was saying yesterday.

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a blessed week! Be infused! God bless you!

A Grace FULL Life

We live in a society that is all about rewarding performance. Work hard and "earn" it. Of course, that's not always a BAD thing. After all, God discourages idleness (Proverbs 19:15). However, we sometimes try too hard or take it too far. This is particularly true in the case of God's grace. It's hard for us to understand because accepting God's love and free gift of salvation doesn't compute. We think we have to "earn" our right to heaven by doing the right things, following all the rules, and living up to an impossible standard of perfection.

God's Word says that it's our faith in the GRACE of God that saves us, not our works (Galatians 2:16, Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace has nothing to do with US and EVERYTHING to do with HIM. It's all about the cross; His sacrifice, His blood. If we could save ourselves through our own works, then Christ died for nothing and we would need no Savior (Galatians 2:21). Do we "deserve" it? No. Does He give it anyways? Yes! Why? Because He loves us; He's a compassionate and gracious God (Psalm 86:15) and His thoughts towards us outnumber the sand!

Our pastor, Larry Sprinkle, listed three ways that God's grace will benefit our lives:

1. God's saving grace removes guilt. - Through the blood of Christ, we are forgiven (Ephesians 1:7-8, 1 John 1:9). His abounding grace cleanses us of our sin and He removes them as far as the east is from the west. Think about how far removed that is. Not across the street. Not in the next state. From the furthest east to the furthest west (Psalm 103:11-12). It's gone; like that Casting Crowns song (this YouTube video I found is amazing!).

2. God's strengthening grace reshapes our lives. - His grace gives us strength and sustains us! It fuels us and brings confidence and peace to our hearts that is indescribable! Only God can do that! No amount of self-help from any guru or "enlightenment" can ever compare to God's grace! (Hebrews 13:9).

3. God's sustaining grace removes our hurt. - This is a big one for all of us because everyone gets wounded from time to time. His grace covers us; we are weak but He is strong (2 Corinthians 12:9). We just need to allow Him to heal our hearts or the wounds will fester and poison us; resulting in becoming toxic to ourselves and others (Hebrews 12:15). Don't be bitter, be BETTER!

GRACE and peace to you, my friends! In closing, watch the video below by "The Skit Guys". It was featured in church and I have also posted about them before (I just can't find the post for some reason lol). They have a real talent for illustrating Biblical concepts! Lay down your pride, surrender, and accept from God what you can't attain on your own. Be infused...with STRENGTH and GRACE! God bless you!

In-Shell Egg Scramble!

I found a really interesting video for media Monday. Here, you can see how to scramble an egg inside its shell before you boil it. Just thought it was interesting to see and to eat it this way (especially if you don't like hard boiled eggs the traditional way). Eggs are full of protein (as you know) and protein is good for building muscles. Eggs are pretty good for you; I blogged about it before

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have an eggciting week (sorry, couldn't resist lol). Be infused! God bless you!

Fun St. Patrick's Day Videos!

St. Patrick's Day, 2012
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! As I mentioned yesterday, I hope you're taking a few moments to remember and appreciate the deep spiritual meaning behind today. It really is something worth reflecting on! For a fun and fresh reminder of what that is, please watch video #1 at the end of this post! It's the hilarious (but informative) Veggie Tales version of who St. Patrick was, what he did, and the meaning of the shamrock.

St. Patrick's Day, 2011
As serious as this day is, I am not a buzz kill by any means (you're talking to the chick who LOVES dress up days!). I have been dressed up in all sorts of St. Patrick's day attire in years past (see photos lol). I am definitely not opposed to some St. Patrick's day fun! So, if you are wanting a good laugh, make sure you watch video #2! Tony Horton (creator of the P90X programs) mixes up some greenberry Shakeology while donning some special St. Patrick's attire; and attempting to speak with an Irish accent. I got a good laugh out of it lol!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you are having a meaningful and fun St. Patrick's Day! I hope that if you're drinking something green, it's Shakeology (clearly more healthy, and won't be a choice you'll later regret!). I also hope that you'll WIN a little green to spend in the Team Beachbody store! Be infused! God bless you!

Gianna's Workout Video

It's always heartwarming to me when my kids want to copy something I'm doing (well, assuming that it's a good thing lol). Exercise is one of those good habits that I have always hoped my kids would take an interest in. Casey doesn't usually seem enthralled with it, but Gianna sure is! In fact, today, she asked to do "Rockin' Body". I had just finished my second day of Les Mills Combat and she begged me to let her do a workout. So, I put the DVD in for her. She really enjoys it because she's worked out with me to that program before (it's one of my favorites).

While she was working out, I decided to record her a little bit because it was just so cute to watch her! I hope you enjoy it as well! If you're interested in the program, it's one of the cheaper ones that Team Beachbody offers ($19.95 plus s&h)! As you can see, it's fun and easy enough for a child to enjoy! ;) Oh, and in case you didn't know about this one, Shaun T also has a special workout DVD just for kids! Click here to purchase Shaun T's Fit Kids Club!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a great week! Be infused! God bless you!

Shaun T Makes a Visit to Oz!

It's time for a media Monday...on a Tuesday. Technical difficulties kept me from posting yesterday (I just might have spilled something on my lap top which caused it to go schizo on me). Anyways, I was really wanting to share a video clip from the Dr. Oz show yesterday. I am not an avid watcher of the show, but when Team Beachbody trainer, Shaun T, said he was going to be on it, I made sure to watch! Click on this link to watch/do a five minute fat blaster workout with Shaun T; which is based on his phenomenal program Focus T25 (which you've heard me rave about!).

Grace and peace to you, my friends! If you're ready to get focused and fit in just 25 minutes a day, click here! You won't regret it! Don't forget, I'm also looking for people to join my challenge group! Whether you want to do Les Mills Combat with me, or something else, I would love to add you to my team and to the group so we can all workout/support each other together! Just ask me how! Be infused! God bless you!

Being a Living Inspiration

Life has its joys and sorrows. In the midst of those hard moments, it's easy to despair and feel like giving up. Sometimes, it's just a bad day. Other times, it's more than that. The weight of our troubles can burden us so heavily that we think that we cannot make it. It's in those moments that we are so vulnerable that we want to give up; maybe even on life itself. I know I have had those moments. Sometimes, it was due to really difficult and emotional things and tragedies. Other times, it was more trivial things. Yes, there were times I even wished and wondered if death weren't a better option for me. I felt that low.

Thankfully, by some miracle, most of us remember that we don't have it so bad; that we should have hope and hang on. It's like how you're always told that "it could be worse...there are others that have it a lot worse than you." And sometimes, even those "others" are a LOT better off even if they do seem to have it worse than you. That's because they have faith and a good attitude; and what better example than Nick Vujicic?!

I would be really surprised if you said you haven't heard of this man by now. He speaks all over the world and his story has been told on many a news program (YouTube it!). Every time I hear his story or watch him speak, I am always awed and in tears. I am always humbled and extremely touched and I feel so incredibly thankful that God has blessed the world with someone like him! I don't know how to describe it, but you'll understand once you watch for yourself! The video in this post is just a clip of what he has going on right now, but there are many more videos out there that you can watch that feature his story (including how he met and married his wife and had a baby). It's just beyond inspiring and any time I feel depressed, sad, hopeless, etc. I just think of people like Nick and realize that not only do I NOT have it so bad, but God really can and WILL take whatever is "bad" and work it out for good according to what He has purposed (Romans 8:28). It's true! So VERY true!!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a great week! Remember how blessed you are and how great God is! I hope you are motivated, inspired, and touched as you reflect on life and its blessings after watching Nick's story. May he inspire you to live your own great story and be all you can be for God! Be infused! God bless you!

Last Chance....

It's Monday. That means in only two more days, a Team Beachbody program will disappear for good. :( As I mentioned Saturday, "Body Gospel" will be no more. I know I have a lot of friends that would probably enjoy this program, so I really want to make sure that everyone knows about this. It's not only an effective, doable, and low-impact program, but it has a lot of substance to it. It's also really cheap ($24.95). I know that it's a bummer when good stuff gets discontinued, but at least we've been forewarned and have one last opportunity to get it before it disappears. Once again, the video below will show you a little bit about the program.

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you take advantage of this deal because you don't have much longer to do so! Be infused! God bless you!

Daily Dose of Laughter

I don't know about you, but I love a good laugh! Whether it's my bro, my bestie, something funny on YouTube or Facebook, or whatever, it's just great to laugh! Laughter really is good medicine. It brightens your day and elevates your mood. It's as good for your health as food and exercise is for your body! When you feel good in your mind and spirit, that transcends in the other aspects of your being as well.

So, without further ado, here is your dose of laughter for the day. :) It's a video I made of my brother and some of his crazy antics. Makes me laugh every time and puts me in a great mood lol.

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a great week! Be infused! God bless you!

Everything You Need to Know About Shakeology

For today's media Monday, here is a really great video about Shakeology. It's a short video, but it is a recent video and has everything you need to know; what it is, what it does, what all you're getting in it (and out of it) and some testimonials. And, of course, if you need any more info or have questions, feel free to ask me! :)

Grace and peace to you, my friends!! I hope you have a great week! Be infused! God bless you!

Workout Booster

For anyone that is doing a high intensity program, the Results and Recovery Formula is definitely a must have! This isn't even about a "sales" thing. From what other coaches and customers have shared with me (and from my own personal experience with it) you definitely don't want to be without this stuff when you're doing something like Insanity, Turbo Fire, Focus T25, P90X, etc. I made sure to drink it when when I did ChaLean Extreme, Turbo Fire, and Focus T25 because when you're doing something THAT strenuous (and are trying to build muscle) you NEED the drink to fuel and rebuild yourself. It really does help!! It has the protein and vitamins that your muscles need to repair and rebuild as well as fuel you to get through your workout! It's great stuff (and it tastes good too!). I highly recommend it and strongly encourage it if you're doing an intense program! It's a great boost to your workout!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a great week! Be infused! God bless you!

The Ripple Effect

The ripple effect. It's when something small turns into something HUGE! Sometimes it's intentional. Other times, it's a complete surprise. Whatever the case, the result is a tremendous impact that can't be undone!

That's what I think of when I watch the video below. I am incredibly touched and inspired by stories where one guy who decides to transform his own life ends up transforming so many others! It definitely motivates me to want to persevere in my own journey and renews my passion to help others.

Stories like his is what inspires me to do what I do. He's right. It's not about the money. It's about changing lives. Being a coach can definitely payoff financially, but that's not why many of us do it (trust me, if it were about the money, I would have given up a long time ago because I have yet to reach my full potential in that regard lol). I keep doing this because it matters to me to keep taking steps to better health. I press on because I want to help others do the same thing so that my community, my state, and my country can be happier, healthier, and more fit. We have the power to do it! We CAN be healthier, and we do that the right way through nutrition and fitness (Obamacare isn't going to save you, people). Save yourself and your health before you have to even visit a doctor!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope that this video inspires you like it does me. Then, I hope it will move you to comment or contact me with any questions you may have regarding how you can be on your way to living your own success story! I'm here for you! Be infused! God bless you!

You Really CAN Do Anything!

When thinking about something inspiring to post today for media Monday, only one thing was coming to mind. It's a video that most people have probably seen (and if you haven't, you MUST!). I don't know if you've ever heard of Team Hoyt, but just watch the video and it will speak for itself. It completely illustrates God's love, His strength that empowers and infuses us, and is one of the most uplifting things I have ever seen. No matter what our weaknesses and handicaps are, God is right there with us; fueling us and empowering us to accomplish our goals. He even carries us when we are weak and can't do the journey ourselves. That is what this father does for his son. He is such a good example of what true love is all about!

Grace and peace to you, my friends! I hope you have a good week and that you'll remember that no matter what is going on in your life, God is there. You really CAN do anything through Him who infuses you with strength; whether it's your fitness journey, faith journey, or whatever else you're working on! Believe it! Be infused (and inspired)! God bless you!!
