Easy Posture Improvement Stretches

Yesterday, I shared some tips and an article about how to reduce back pain. For today's workout Wednesday, I wanted to share a short video on how you can continue to help improve your posture and reduce back pain. This is especially helpful if you have a desk job, or just have a few minutes to sit down and stretch. Many people in the comment section of this video have shared that it really helped them!
