I love any recipe with chicken. By far, it's my favorite meat to eat. So, anything that says "chicken parmesan" is going to catch my eye. When I saw this one, it REALLY grabbed by attention. Ever see "salad" tacked on the end of it? :) Talk about winner winner chicken dinner! Sounds like a great recipe to me!
