Desk Stretches Demo

If you have a sit down job, you know that sometimes it can get a little tiring sitting at a desk all day. It's important to try to move and stretch. In this video, you'll find some simple stretches that you can do to keep you from feeling too stiff and tired. Even small little stretch workouts are important workouts! Simple, effective, and doesn't take long (you won't even break a sweat!). It's the little things that count for a lot!
