Pumpkin Pie Shakeology
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
3/4 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 c. canned pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped raw pecans
1 tsp. maple syrup (or raw honey)
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Add all ingredients in a blender with some ice. If you want a thicker shake, add more ice. Tweak the recipe as needed (depending on what you like). For more recipes, visit my Shakeology site!
