Spring Breaking Into Fitness!

Our kids have been gone since last weekend; they are on Spring break with our exes. I can't remember the last time Chris and I got to spend some quiet quality time together! We've even got to go on a few walks. It's so nice to be able to get some exercise together and enjoy the outdoors again now that it's getting nicer out!

I hope all of you are enjoying the nicer weather! Comment and let me know what your favorite outdoor activities are! Do you have a nice scenic neighborhood that makes taking walks a treat? How about outdoor sports? Is anyone out there starting to get warmed up for Summer activities?

If you're not an outdoor person (or are looking to get in shape for the outdoor sports) watch the videos below to check out the programs on special this month. If you've already done P90X or P90X2, then take it to the next level with P90X3. Or, maybe you'd really like to concentrate on some flexibility and do some Piyo. Whichever you choose, it will be a great start to improving your fitness or getting back into shape!
